SUMMARY An intimate group tonight. Bob Crain showed at the start with the motor hot and ran an impressive 25:54 (new PR). Brentley Campbell (15 YO Team Swift) rolled a 27:05, and Laurel Green's troublesome ignition resulted in a DNF. I finally cracked the 30-minute mark on the Trek Multi-Track SS with a 29:40. Temps at the start were somewhere in the mid to low 90's. The times put up tonight support Joe's position: "Hot is fast." |
